When you're ready, send in your watch for service. You may use any preferred carrier such as US Priority mail, UPS, Fedex, or DHL. Use our secure shipping address:

Use bubble wrap and Box for shipping. Include a note with your contact information, payment type plus any details about your watch.

Estimated payment can be sent with watch. See service list request below. If paying by Card we need: Card#, Name, Exp. date, Security Code, and Billing Zip code.
Estimates
Estimates, if needed, are free. You will only be charged for return shipping.
Turn-around
Figure on 8-12 weeks depending on our job caseload. If there is a need for faster service, let us know and we will check if it is possible.
Parts
If major parts are needed in a repair here are are some typical part costs: (prices are set at our cost and not available for retail sale)
-Omega f300 coil $125
-Accutron 214 coil $250 (note: this is a rare part but we can order them). The 214 has the small battery hatch cover on the back. Fortunately a new coil is only needed in about 5% of repairs.
-Accutron 214 tuning fork $75 (rarely needed)
-Accutron 218, 230, 221 Coil $35
-Accutron 214 or Omega Index Wheel: $90 (rarely needed)
-Accutron 218, 219, 221, 230 index wheel $45 (rarely needed)
-Omega f300 Date wheel $125 but often these are repairable.

Additional costs (if any) will be invoiced after servicing is complete.
To add additional watches for service before checkout simply choose "continue shopping" and select the options for the next watch. There is a $20/watch discount
for multiple watches sent together.
At checkout you will see the Order# assigned for tracking. Add it to our mailing address below for reference. You will also be automatically emailed a copy of your order.
